Shipping policy

While most orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days, please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be shipped out. Any preordered items will add the posted time frame to the typical shipping processing time (i.e. if your product says 1-2 weeks shipping, please allow up to 15 business days after the 1-2 weeks from order.) These longer processing times will typically only happen during holidays/busy times or times with an influx of orders. Updates about this are often posted about on social media so follow @justbekind.co to see behind the scenes!

If the order says "delivered" by the carrier, Just Be Kind Co. is not responsible, you must work with the shipping carrier. Just Be Kind Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If this happens, you must work with the shipping provider.

Just Be Kind Co. is  not responsible for any international duties/taxes/fees charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be emailed and offered to repay for shipping to return or refund the order minus the shipping costs.

Any items returned to the sender will be charged the shipping cost to be resent so please double-check your order and shipping address before placing the order.
